After the installation, you can search via Ubuntu Start Menu if you are using Ubuntu Linux.
BleachBitIf you’re using other distribution, you can run it from the terminal as shown.

For the first time, bleachbit will ask you about its preferences. You can skip it if you want to configure it later.
PreferencesAfter that, you will see the main window of Bleachbit.
Main WindowIf you are running as a user, you may see an error like this when you are trying to clean a system area.
Error Delete Bleachbit Features Default CleanOn the main window, there are some subjects to clean such as APT, Deep Scan and System. You can click on the available boxes to include it on clean activity. Or you can Preview it before you do Clean.
CleanA warning message will pop-up when you click Clean button.

Shred Files and FoldersBleachbit can also shred files or folders. Just press File > Shred Files or File > Shred Folders. Shred means that all the files and or folders which got shredded wont be able to recover again. So you have to make sure before doing this.

Wipe free spaceTo wipe your free space, you can do it via File > Wipe Free Space. You need to choose a folder.
